DCP Monitoring page

Many of the DCP installations are working unattended in areas without any operator personal. A possible malfunction of peripheral hardware components or a total crash of the PC itself may cause an unrealized stop of the production flow and a severe loss of production time.

In order to overcome this problem we have created a DCP monitoring system, which is to be installed in a control room environment. The system communicates as a server with  a defined number of clients and performs the following functions:

• Monitoring a life sign, check for expiration

• Receive status and alarm messages from the connected clients

• Execute operator defined functions depending on the alarm priority like

1. Printout

2. Acoustic alarm

3. Log into database

• Create reports depending on various selection criterias

• Define client parameters

• Define User parameters
