The calculation of the exact cost is almost impossible, since
many parameters have an impact on the final sum. Influencing parameters

local infra structure for the network access and power supplies |

Cost of locally purchased components,
like cabinets, computer systems, scanners etc. |

Cost of locally contracted providers
for making necessary installations like actuators, sensors, data cabling

and accommodation, training, possible translations of training materials,

Keeping this in mind the following data can only
be a very rough estimation based upon our experience and our knowledge
of our own cost. The values shown are in USD.

The item "software" includes all necessary modules like device
drivers, communication drivers, display, data storage etc.
If new functionalities are to be implemented the cost will be calculated
depending on the complexity and the time needed.
The documentation cost for copies in German language ranges from 1.000,00
through 3.000,00 depending on the volume. Versions in English language are
provided without additional cost. Translations to other native languages
are made depending on the external cost.
The normal time for making an installation is one day and should not exceed
3 days, if all preparations have been made properly.
Training is about one day.
Additional software options are available like TELNET, FTP
etc.. They are subject to specific negotiations. | |
